To kick start the movement, Heineken® is staging a series of epic city explorations in October and November in Joburg, Cape Town and Durban – and you will want to come along for the ride. Throughout the campaign there will be other events to allow a wider group to experience their City while the campaign will culminate in something really special. “When you open your city, you open your world, which is why we’re on a quest to inspire Heineken® fans to view their cities in a totally new light. Zuko Discovers the True Meaning of Sharing Away from the Clicks, Likes and Double Taps of Social Media

While double-tapping a perfect photo, placing a flattering filter over a moment and securing an admirable number of ‘likes’ online is certainly gratifying, can it really compare to the warmth and generosity of human interaction in the real world? J-Bay, stop No. 6 of 11 on the 2017 Championship Tour, was graced with flawless conditions, resulting in barrier-breaking performances by the world’s best surfers, eight perfect 10-point rides and no shortage of drama. Besides the world-class surfing, shark sightings, and enough twists and turns (in and out of the water), to keep even the most jaded spectator enthralled, Corona ran their Escape Route campaign to entrench their first year of being title sponsors, and it was a massive success.  Corona partnered with four budding influencers, stylist Boogy, lifestyle blogger Twiggy, photographer Paris Bueller and Athlete Matt Bromley. As part of their #ThisIsLiving mantra the four influencers were taken out of their comfort zones for a #CoronaEscapeRoute adventure of a...

iER app will empower communities to return safety to neighbourhoods.

The biggest  problem  civilians and members of communities face, is quick and effective reporting and resolution of emergency situations. To date, South Africa has no centralised national number to dial for all emergency types.  iER has launched a new app to combat this problem and can be downloaded and operated from any smartphone for free. Once the app’s alert button has been activated, the app immediately notifies trained iER call centre staff, pinpoints the user’s exact GPS location and sends a distress signal to the user’s pre-determined support group of family or friends.  With the push of a single button an iER app user will:                    •     receive a response call from a trained iER call centre agent within one minute;                 ...
