Corona SunSets Festival countdown

The countdown to the Corona SunSets Festival has officially begun for thousands of Joburg residents who plan to celebrate the sunset in all its glory. The highly-anticipated event is set to take place on Saturday, 14 April at the Val Bonne Estate where festival-goers will gather against a dusky backdrop that only the City of Gold can produce.

Music enthusiasts can start gearing up to party to some of their favourite award-winning international DJs, including Camelphat, Kungs and Masters at Work, with local legends DJ Fresh, Themba (Euphonik) and many more, on the decks.

Before heading to a festival of this magnitude, preparation is key to ensure a fun and safe time whilst enjoying the SunSet.

Here are some key pointers to keep in mind:

·         Get your tickets in time to avoid disappointment – Don’t hit snooze! Visit the Corona ticketing website at www.corona.nutickets.co.za to purchase tickets for you and your squad for only R450.00 per person, before it’s too late.

·         Plan your outfit – Carry a nifty pouch or bag that zips closed to conveniently to keep your festival essentials in, such as your wallet, lip balm, sunnies, cell phone and power bank. Corona straw hats will also be sold at the venue.

·         Pack your sunblock – While we chase the sun, before it slips below the horizon, it still packs a powerful punch, so be sure to lather up with sunscreen, and bring extra, just in case.

·         Skip the jam! Jump into the shuttle or get an Uber with friends – have a frustration free time with your squad and opt for the Select-A-Shuttle option when purchasing your tickets or hop in an Uber to avoid the festival traffic.

See you there!
