CORONA SUNSETS FESTIVAL TURNS UP THE HEAT IN JOZI

On Saturday, 1st April, the Corona SunSets Festival took Jozi peeps out the urban city onto a   sunset journey like no other at GROUND in Muldersdrift - where the perfect sunny weather bid farewell to the last days of summer.

From the stage with its stunning, luminescent Mandala to the beautiful SunSet girls, the SunSet moment, the local acts, the international acts, and much, much more – the experience was one for the books from start to finish.

Upon arrival, guests walked through the vineyards to meet Corona on the lush lawns which had been transformed into a festival haven with areas to chill out, grab a snack amongst the orchards, sip to the sunset and dance to the rhythm of classic beats.  Of the nearly 10, 000 partygoers that attended, not one left without some beautiful memories having been made.

The entertainment lineup included local musicians, vocalists and DJ’s – Robin Schulz, Gorgon City, Lovebirds, Culoe Du Song, Black Motion, Kentphonik, Strange Loving, Aewon Wolf, Tresor, Sketchy Bongo, Kyle Deutsch, Pop Art Live, Lulo Café, Julian Gomes, Da Capo, Timo ODV, The Kiffness, Pop Art Live, The Milk Bar Kid, Jazzuelle, Phat Jack, Ricky H, Tomorrows Will, Chris De Vos and Kid Fonque.

Social media was abuzz on the day with everyone that was there sharing their favourite SunSets that were captured at the event. The event and campaign hashtag, #coronasunsetsza, was officially trending on Twitter.

For those that couldn’t be there, know that you will have another chance pretty soon in Cape Town! The Corona SunSets team are always thinking ahead to the next big Corona moment.
