Leading fashion retailer est. announces launch of Cape Town store

Exclusive South African retailer est. has opened a new store in the Western Cape, this time in Cape Town’s southern suburbs.

Founded in 1995 by Este Schutte, est. has, for almost two decades, brought the latest international fashion trends to South Africa and has been celebrated for quality, classic lines and contemporary statement pieces. The new store will be situated in Cavendish Street, Claremont.

est. is the exclusive South African retailer of selected international women’s brands such as Goldsign, Marc Cain, Transit, Liviana Conti, Hache, Set, Luisa Cerano, Caractere and Brax ladies. The company also hand selects collections from Germany, France, Italy and Los Angeles from renowned fashion houses such as Oui, Citizens of Humanity, Twin Set, Koral, Ter and Fabiana Filippe.

“We are delighted to have opened our newest store in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and have already introduced our latest collections, with more arriving from Europe in the weeks to come,” said founder Este Schutte. “For two decades we have been privileged to experience the work of the world’s leading fashion legends, learning the essence of quality, style and design, and we look forward to sharing this with our new and existing clients.”

Since the launch of the first store in Somerset West, close relationships with respected and admired global fashion houses have allowed est. to bring the ageless designs and foreign craftsmanship of strong international brands to South Africa.

Comments internationally recognised make-up designer Sylvie Hurford, ‘’’The contemporary yet classic and timeless est. collections are infinitely wearable, leaving you with a sense of individuality. The beauty, comfort and craftsmanship of each piece is truly remarkable.’’

Inspired by true beauty, whether in architecture, fine details, nature or fabric, each collection is hand selected for women who are multifaceted, ageless and unique.

The company now operates three women’s wear stores and has extended into men’s fashion. By the end of the first quarter 2015, est. will be seen as an e-tailer to enable clients from all over to country to share in the contemporary and classic collections.
