Concert goer’s information for EMINEM RAPTURE 2014 SOUTH AFRICA
Can I purchase tickets at the Stadium?
There will be tickets available for purchase at the stadium box office.  Please ensure that you have collected your full ticket in advance of the concert from any Computicket outlet or Shoprite/Checkers Money Market counters situated nationwide.
Is it safe to buy someone else’s tickets?
In order to be certain that your ticket is not counterfeit/fake you should purchase it directly from Computicket only.  Security staff are trained in spotting counterfeits, and even though you might believe that you purchased a legitimate ticket from a friend you might find yourself denied entry into the venue, or even arrested for possession of a fake ticket voucher.
If the tickets are lost or stolen will they be replaced?
Should you have lost or misplaced your ticket, please contact Computicket customer service PRIOR to the show date. Tickets are considered legal tender and as such we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen tickets at the venue
Park n Ride
Park & Ride option from R120 per return ticket from the various shopping malls (including secured parking at the malls) and a close to the venue drop off – available through Computicket:

Pre-Paid Parking
  • Please note that the inner precinct of Ellis Park Rugby Stadium will be closed to all vehicles unless prepaid parking has been purchased prior to the event. The event and its organisers will not be liable for any vehicles not parked in the allocated parking areas. We recommend the use of the allocated parking areas or the use of the park and ride facility.
  • 5000 parking bays in and around the Ellis Park Precinct available through Computicket at R120 per car (Refer to prepaid parking map for locations).

Drop off & Pick Up Zone
  • Drop off and pick up facility is situated in the taxi rank off Sivewright Road into Error Street. Please look out for corresponding signage. NO DROP OFF OR PICK UP IS PERMITTED ON SIVEWRIGHT RD.
  • Corporate Busses must apply for parking through the organisers and will not be allowed to drop off close to the stadium
Is there Disabled Parking
Yes.  Disabled fans in possession of a Disabled Parking Ticket will be directed to the parkade parking conveniently situated close to the stadium entrance. These parking tickets can be purchased from Computicket.  Please note that you will be requested to provide proof that you have a legitimate disabled permit.
AT THE CONCERT
What are the gate opening and closing times?
Gates open:
·         Golden Circle Ticket Holders – 15:40
·         General Admission Ticket Holders – 16:00
·         Seated Ticket Holders – 16:20

The event should end around 23:00 on Saturday night.
Are there pass-outs from the venue?
No.  Once you exit the gates (after entry) you will not be permitted to re-enter.
What should I bring with me on the day?
Ticket(s), adequate cash, mobile phones (with charged battery), photo ID as proof that you are 18+ years of age (if you intend to consume alcohol), suitable clothing and footwear. 
Will the concert go ahead if it rains?
Yes, the concert will take place. 



Will I be searched on arrival?
Yes, you will be subject to a personal search and/or search of your personal possessions at the time of entry to the venue.
To be served alcohol do I need a valid ID?
Fans wishing to consume alcohol must have a valid Photo ID in order to prove that they are above the legal age to consume alcohol.  We are prohibited by law from serving liquor to under 18s and intoxicated persons.
Can I take pictures of the performance?
Professional photographic, audio and video equipment is prohibited. You will not be allowed to capture the show unless you are an accredited photographer/videographer with a recognised publication or media owner. 
Non-professional and cell phone cameras are acceptable. 
Is there food available to purchase?
Yes. There will be various concession stands in and around the venue.
If you are a golden circle ticket holder you will have access to an exclusive food/beverage/toilet area situated close to the golden circle area.
Is there wheelchair/special needs access?
 Access is as easy as possible for concert goes requiring assistance, including the provision of facilities for the mobility impaired to aid the enjoyment of the concert.
Will there be merchandise available?
Yes, a large range of tour merchandise will be available to purchase within the stadium.  Please ensure that you bring sufficient cash should you wish to purchase tour merchandise.

Refunds
Refunds are not available if you are unable to attend.

Medical assistance
We will have all relevant emergency services, including first aid/medical on site for the duration of the event.
 Meet and Greet and backstage pass.
There are no backstage passes or meet & greets for public.
What items are you not allowed to bring into the venue?
•             Glass bottles, knives or weapons
•             Any illegal drugs
•             Guns, knives and weapons
•             Digital, electronic or other recording or broadcast device
•             Any item that you intend to distribute, hawk, sell, offer anything.
 •            Professional cameras or video recorders
•             Umbrellas
•             Cooler Boxes
•             Food and refreshments (including soft drinks and alcohol) which will be available for sale    
               inside the concert.



Please be vigilant when making your way to and from the venue. It is recommended that expensive belongings be left at home.
