The Banting pizza revolution is here! Col’Cacchio pizzeria
is proud to introduce the brand new Banting pizza range on their new summer
menu.
Col’Cacchio pizzeria has always prided themselves on being
innovative and responsive, constantly striving to cater to their customers’
many different dietary requirements. When customers countrywide started asking
for ‘low-carb, high-fat’ dishes á la the Banting eating plan, their food
development team was put to work and this brand new Banting pizza range now
joins their vegetarian, vegan, wheat- and gluten-free options, and complements
other Banting-friendly salads and antipasti on the menu.
The low-carb, high-fat pizzas feature a smaller (21cm) base
made from cauliflower, psyllium husks, egg, parmesan and seasoning. All are
served with a Banting-style side salad of lettuce, carrots, cucumber, egg,
parmesan and radish.
Five of Col’Caccchio pizzeria’s favourites are now available
on the new Banting base:
Margherita - tomato, mozzarella, herbs
Regina - ham, mushroom
Nacho Libre - jerk spiced chicken, home-made guacamole,
tomato chilli salsa, coriander, sour cream
